1. Description of Service

Affinity Loop provides a proprietary B2B SaaS platform that orchestrates multiple third-party and native APIs (including but not limited to affinity graphs, travel aggregators, event ticketing, and split payments) to deploy white-label leisure and vacation marketplaces. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for enterprise integration.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access our unified API gateway and sandbox environments, you must register for a corporate account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, account credentials, and passwords. You agree to notify Affinity Loop immediately of any unauthorized use of your API infrastructure or security breaches.

3. Acceptable Use and API Restrictions

Clients shall not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Affinity Loop orchestrator.

  • Use the API infrastructure to transmit any malicious software, viruses, or cyber threats.

  • Overburden or disrupt the integrity and performance of our API gateways beyond the fair use metrics defined in your chosen plan.

  • Resell, lease, or sublicense access to the Affinity Loop dashboard without prior explicit white-label authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Affinity Loop retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software, API architectures, dashboard designs, documentation, and intellectual property. The Client retains all rights to its own brand assets, customer data, and proprietary applications connected to the platform.

5. Data Protection and Security Compliance

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection regulations (including US data privacy frameworks and international laws where applicable). Affinity Loop implements rigorous technical and organizational measures to safeguard end-user data processed through our leisure marketplace APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinityloop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or system downtime resulting from third-party API service interruptions (e.g., travel provider or ticketing gateway failures).
